I paid for the licenses, two of them and two installs two. But it seems my questions are out the scope of the installs as I have some problems with the display also.

Can anyone else here help? I cannot use the other channel even though I did it right by creating the 3 images.

In the text input field, I have a box over it that is white with an X and when I inspect with Firebug, it says that box is this:

The reason I DID pay for licenses was to get the support I need to be able to have the chat for not only the staff in another channel, as we use the chat for chat a lot, and I would like to open it up for my other members, with the ability to keep the staff chats private.
