I don't think so I tried downloading the tar.gz and it worked for me today.
Loader are free though.

I tested it and it worked. vB version ? Any error if you activate developer tools in a browser like chrome ?

Or firefox with firebug extension.

submit support ticket on my host and wait answer.

No problem to use earlier version, it has bugs in it though compared to current one.
Keep us posted of your host answer.
