I have tried a couple of these and unfortunately they don't work.

Another site I frequent has one to block users from even registering on their site through a proxy. I attempted it through a proxy and am taken to the 'banned htm' page as shown in the illustration below.

This is perfect for my website, anyone recognise which modification this is through the description or the image below ?

Any recommendations for the type of modification I have described gratefully recieved as well.
