<a onclick="_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'Outgoing', '', 'forumdisplay.php']);" <- ???

I'm messing around with a mod I just installed, and I noticed this link in the code:

Can anyone explain to me what all of this means?

I understand it's to do with Google analytics, but I can't see what the purpose of 'Outgoing', '', 'forumdisplay.php' would be
