It's not an issue in vBQuiz, I suggest you follow the advice posted in my previous post

If it -was- vBQuiz, NOD would trigger when you first downloaded it, not after you uploaded it. Whatever script on your server is infected is scanning for writable directories and duplicates itself to that folder.
