Ok not sure why is not working for you
1 The code is present
2 if i take the source code of your page and i put it in html file there is the same problem but if i delete other codes leaving the plugin code it works well
3 You have many forums your site with my plugin on has over 5000 lines of code
4 I suggest you to try the template modification and tell me if it works or not
5 In the next version i will edit the code so it doesn't take too much line
