1. you cannot do this, restore a user id to the previous one. when you add a user, vBulletin will add in TABLE [high]user[/high] a new [high]userid[/high] with [high]autoincrement[/high]. the old ID cannot be reassigned because of this function.

2. to do automatic backups, use a [high]cron[/high] function. contact your host provider for more information.
