i dont think its a 4.1.8 issue, sounds like its something to do with the persons computer, i had a similar issue to this, it could be the host has blocked out his IP which is what happened to me, u could also try telling the member to clear his cookies and data, see if that resolves it, if u can get a print screen of the error in different browsers it would help a lot
