vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Member can not access site after upgrade

I recently upgraded my forums to vb4.1.8

Since the update 1 member can not get on to my site

He says he keeps getting :

Error 101
(net: ERROR_CONNECTION_RESET)
The connection was reset

Can anyone tell me if this is anything to do with vbulletin forums or point me in the right direction so i can reslove the issue
