does someone has a plugin or how it is called for jobs?

or can someone make something like this.

meening is companies can add open jobs in categories made by admin.
Optional paid adds prize set by admin paypal etc ( for start all free)

Also option for admin to set for free and can change to paid when he wants.
maybe show a extra tab in profile for users where the info is in and only by admin selected users can see that tab. ( companies have to mail first comp. details etc to avoid abuse)

option 2
people looking for jobs can add for free there details cv only selected part by admin wil show.
so not full name adres etc
Only last name men / women age etc wil be showing companies that are registered can login and request by link the rest of info afther admin aproved company.

companies can request full cv adres mail etc when clcik on link ( paid option so they can come in contact with the person they look for.

i hope some has something like this or can make it.
