What version of vb are you trying to run, 3.6? When you say they updated their server, what does that mean exactly?

The error messages look like maybe they have updated the server php version. If that's the case then you shoudl update vb to the latest 3.X version, or else if you have to stay with 3.6 you'll have to edit the source files.
