So your newer posts are going on top (whereas here, the newer posts go on the bottom). Is everyone seeing it this way? Go to your forum > click Settings (upper right) > General Settings (left side) > Thread Display Mode: > Linear: Oldest First.

You may also set this for newly registered users in AdminCP > Settings > Options > registration options > default options
