Yes they are checked and available for users selection

I have tried all browsers and I get the same thing on both styles the only style that is working correctly is the default which i dont like.

just to add a bit more to this problem. Since i did installed the default template Im having the problem as stated above but I have a bigger problem now that I cant install any custom style any more as it come out broken.
