In the Phrase Manager on the top left it has a drop-down i.e. "Phrase Type:" and you may be able to sort them by relevancy this way

Alternatively to view all phrases at once, on the right side in the input box i.e. "Phrases to Show Per Page:" simply type in two extra zeros behind the 15 making it 1500 and hit Go - It will show you all phrases since there's not quite 1500 yet
