You cant delete it unless you have a good understanding of unix and ssh commands, ask your host to look for post.TMD and delete that - MAKE A BACK UP FIRST!!!!!!!!

After they have deleted the file then ask them to perform a repair and optimise, if your post tabel is large it will take quite some time, my post table is almost 2gb and takes 7 hours to repair and optimise on a dedicated server!
