Is it possible to set the options so that one part of the forum requires members to have posted i.e. at least 10 posts to be allowed to post or vote in polls?

Oh I found a way

Made a new usergroup which is allowed to vote in the spesific forum part and then adding an automatic promotion for all members to this usergroup after posting 3 posts.
