Hmm how odd since I run my pc on a 40" Samsung using 1920 x 1080 resolution and don't see that happening in Firefox, IE9, Chrome, or Opera AFTER I make the change:

	background-repeat: repeat-x !important;

Be sure to refresh the page (F5) a few times and/or clear your cache via the Maintenance tab in AdminCP (bottom left - Flush System Cache under Maintenance) and if your using a Mac instead of PC you must, I repeat must clear the browsers actual cache. Otherwise the background will not repeat and be chopped-off per your screenshot and per what I just saw when pressing F11 in firefox (full-screen) but updating the code should remedy this .
