If I want to have different style for each forum, then I had to download different template and chose whatever style for different forum?Is it like that?

Why I try to change to other style the forum still look the same?Can teach me how to change it?

Now I still got other problem, when I view it as admin,I can view different style for different forum category. But when I view it as user, I still see no change at all. Do you have any idea how to fix this?
