man is that all you know how to say why dont you goto vbulletin.com and read all the stuff it says for support and you will soon find out they say if your board has any hack installed they will not help you 5hats why this area says soemthing bout uif you installed a hack ( hacked boards only support) make any sense to you? i hope so
