Is there any advice how to discern what queries are from stock vB, and what are from mods?

Some I recognize as from some mods, but many are just too confusing. Is there some tricks to quickly know what made query?

Sorry, I just made figure of speech, I know how to find out my IP address. You can also just type in google (if you use it) "What is my IP address" and here it is. Similar like you just could input simple mathematics formulas and use it as calculator (things like 2+2, etc...).
