I have got it working as a vBCMS Center Widget all i done was make a template called shout_box and put

<center><div class="cms_widget"></center>{vb:raw mgc_cb_evo_var}

in it and saved it.

Then i made a Section Navigation- JS enhanced widget called Shoutbox and put the template name shout_box.

I am not sure if that was right as it does not look perfect but it does the job for us the only problem i have just found is on custom styles i can not use the smiles in the more smiles pop up box.
