I'm using vbulletin 4.18 with CMS

I would like to know how to add an article and to show it as below:

I mean that if I click in that article on the "Tech Specs" the content below will show the tech specs, if I click "design" it will show the relevant content.

Also I want the whole content to be loaded one time and not every time I click one of these buttons. I think using java it would be possible.
