It is now, but it wasn't for a while, although I don't think it's the same problem Occosion encountered. It spontaneously started working again sometime between my post and yours.

Still have no ideas why, though. Do you have any thoughts? Is there some sort of server setting or parameter that could've caused problems for the shoutbox properly compressing the data it called, or whatever that error meant?
