Just installed this awesome mod

I just dont know how to set some awards regarding to arcade games (ibproarcade)
Would like to give users awards for first three places and also some achievements....
Installed plugin for ibproarcade, just dont know what to set in "Add a new Award", as in settings it is mentioned that I can set this manually but...?
How to set this for an awards and achievements?

Also, where is option for a user to give away points? I just cant find it

Found it, its kinda hidden

Is it possible that user see this option in some better way?
