I'm unable to confirm this issue. Either from the Quick Reply editor or from the Go Advanced full reply page, clicking the image button still gives an option to upload from computer.

If that's not what you meant, please clarify with a screenshot

Please check Firefox' Error Console. The link saying javascript:// is normal
