I don't actually see an error in that screen shot mess; it may be cut off at the bottom. But it's probably not important if it's only one person. Have them try a different browser, clear their cache & cookies, and temporarily disable any antivirus or web safety apps.

i tested it yesterday with the user. I used the standart-styled version of the chatbox instead and it worked, but dont know why, maybe cache.

Anyway i got anoter problem.

i even tryed to set the text-shadow by none using the ID in css, and it does not work.

Do you have a clue how to solve these two issues?
