You need to have Customize Profile allowed in permissions for your admin account and if you use more than 1 style/theme then you'd need to do it with each one.

I will try this. Thanks. I figured it was a simple cvar option you could change but nothing I do works.

Yeah this is kind of tedious. There's no way to just universally do it via a cvar? I mean custom templates have this done already so it must be a cvar option. I guess I'll have to dig a bit more.
