Your forum is not loading the Facebook "back-end" - Did you recently upgrade? What exact VB version are you using?

In any case go to Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Facebook Options and make sure the Facebook Platform is enabled and further down that the Facebook Like button is enabled in Threads (and CMS and Blog if applicable)
