How slow was the front page? AProx? It may because of the jquery script (nivo slider) or the photos that are not thumbnailed..but if it takes 2-3 seconds..it's not that bad

I think the CMS lags for some people, but I'm not sure..waiting for 4.1.8 tho, has some good CMS fixed..maybe that'll help
