vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Rules "Opt-In" for Subforums only

Perhaps someone can help me or tell me if such an action is possible. I've seen examples of vbulletin's where new "Forum Rules" are posted, and in order for users to continue to view/post in the entire forum, they must "opt in" to the new rules.

Is this possible on a subforum only basis? IE I'd like to create a new subforum but only allow users to access it who have opted in to the specific rules for that subforum.
