I want to run my own IM style pop up or a clickable footer slider on vbulletin 3.8x based forum.
Any pointers to how I can do it?

PS I have also seen some full page popups/pop unders that open on some vbulletin forums even though my IE is set to block all pop ups and does block them all except on these forums.
Any idea how it is done?
