Hey guys; I am not too familiar in/around this area and forgive me if this has been asked before.

Basically I try to turn my site into the general feeling of special/fun events that come around once a year; halloween/christmas and so on. I found this neat javascript of floating ghosts and want to add it to my forums. The problem is; how?

I tried creating a .js file with the script inside and I placed it in the clientscript folder but that doesn't work. Don't really know how to activate it; any help?
