The page load was exact same before and after installation of ESB. I just changed the option Show ESB Onload from yes to no and the page loads normally. After this I also turned on the show ESB on showthread and the reply is not greyed out anymore. Not sure why and how but it works now.

Only remaining issue is the poll mod.
