This is on vBulletin 4.1.5

1. The page load depends on what you have in sidebar the more content and database pulling the slower the page will become.
2. check this http://last24tech.com/ website it using 4.1.5 same version as yours with esb gold version; as I test it the quick reply is working fine.
3. I didn't test it with this mod but when i have the time I will do.
