You mean like a tutorial guide on the vB CMS? If so they're built-in FAQs and if you installed the CMS with the pre-built in articles you shouldn't be having any problems learning.

Same goes for the forums, plus if you can notice the "?" (Question Marks) next to every option in the ACP you can click that for any assistance.
