I need some help from you guys i was searching for rank images but could,t i want some ranks like this

Administrators color #ff0000
Super Moderator color blue (couldn't find its code)
Moderators color: #006600
Review Staff color: #6c00ff
Donator color: #FF00FF
Premium Member color: #FE2E9A
Uploader color: #0000FF
V.I.P Member color: #786cf1
Register Member color: #000000
Banned color: Silver (#C0C0C0)

some images which i collected i have uploaded with this for rest i have mentioned the color codes. and for users i want some thing like this

1. Starting
2. 3%
3. 5%
4. 10%
5. 15%
6. 20%
7. 27%
8. 33%
9. 40%
10. 56%
11. 60%
12. 65%
13. 75%
14. 85%
19. 92%
20. 97%
21. complete

and one last thing in images which i gave you there is a below star with each i need FF instead of star and color you now better which suits.
