There is a download option for vbulletin... donno whether it will work with 4.x.x.... even for 3.8.x u need lot of editing n error corrections.... in 3.8.x mod section there is a mod for this... if somebody upgrade it n get it working..... worth rather than somebody using a free product being sold modified....
