it was like this from the beginning. At the start normal users and moderators could not send PMs says something like

Quote:

After a day people getting banned. Progressively got worse yes. But I could not save usergroups permissions correctly since the upgrade. Also just noticed that my vbadvanced editor toolbar is missing and this

Just a load of issues.

As for the banned section I found this:
Banned Users: Permanent Ban Usergroups: BANNED, Registered Users, Unregistered / Not Logged In, Users Awaiting Email Confirmation
