IMO no! I would never purchase a vB 4.x publishing suite license just because the 'cms' is included. It's clunky and overrated.

WP is good enough, but sometimes may be difficult to style to look exactly like your forum. I prefer Subdreamer CMS which I have used for my forum at http://jpicforum.info -- From what I understand - SD now supports user login integration with the 4.x series vBulletin.
