The Mobile Application is different than the Mobile Style. You must manually install the Mobile Style. See the instructions in the manual - Installing the vBulletin Mobile Style

As for your editor problem, make sure that if you do NOT have a mobile style, that AdminCP > Settings > Options > Style & Language Settings > Default Style for Modern/Old Mobile Browsers is NOT set to your default site style. It should be set to None.
