1st option : Have u tried disabling the profile customization option from your acp ?

What's your experience in database ?
This is what you actually have to do.

go to your database and You want to look at the customprofile table. There should be a row where userid = -1. Do you see that row? Delete it and then the profiles will show as normal.

As always, before doing anything to your database, make a backup!

If this resolve your issue please update this thread for someone who might come across the same situation.
