The general answer is if a mod was coded well it should use "phrases" for all text visible to the users.

In your Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager (or Search in Phrases) you can find each phrase associated with the mod and enter a translation.

Note- not every mod is made with phrases, in those cases you would have to edit the mod templates, maybe even the plugins and/or php files and manually find the English words and change them.

Questions about specific modifications need to be asked in the mod thread itself, not here in general discussions. Usually the mod author, or at least someone else using the mod, will have a better idea on answering your question since they actually use the mod.
