Right now, there is no vb Code toolbar displaying over the comment edit box in my forum (linked below). I wonder how you add this feature for all users? There must be a setting that needs to be changed for this to display.

To clarify my original post, I'm talking about the Wysiwyg toolbar over the edit box, which isn't displaying despite the fact that I have Enhanced edit mode selected both via the Admin panel & for my own personal board profile.
