In order to completely remove the modification, you must follow the installation instructions in reverse order. Selecting "uninstall" in the Product Manager only removes the configuration page and any settings you have set. You must also select a different human verification library to use in your forum, otherwise, vBulletin continues to look for the Solve Media settings, which you already removed. Finally, remove the two file you added to you includes directory, class_humanverify_solvemedia.php and solvemedialib.php.
