He means can WE see a link to your forum so we know what to suggest. However, that probably isn't necessary. The different things you saw are all accomplished with different tools. Chatboxes are mods by themselves, and we have several here. Ads are sometimes modifications, but mostly just people using vB default ad templates. The rest is done by modifications depending on what you want done. There's a scrolling ticker, for example, that displays thread titles.
