Thanks for the speedy reply Lynne but where would I enter that code in order for this to work properly. As I stated before we run our forums with 2 main categories
From the Home page you can enter forum A or forum B
Each of these Main forum categories has masses of sub forums which is where I am stuck on how to seperate them with New Posts so forum A members don't have to sift through Forum B's content

I hope this makes sense Im new at this please be gentle lol
