Hello,
can someone please help me out urgent.
I am using vbulletin 4x

Apparently, there are options all set to YES when it comes to any admin or mod receiving an email when a new thread is created by a user.

Setting 1 :
Admin CP -->Forums and Mods --->Forum Manager ---> goto any Mod profile assigned to a forum --> EMAIL PREFERENCES (Receive Email When a New Thread is Created) is set to YES

despite the above, no email is sent.

Setting 2 :
ACP/Forum Manager/ Edit Forum...
enter email id in both boxes or either one..even in the parent forum if its present
"Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Thread" I enter the email id

tehre seems to be no email that comes in...

can someone please help me for the same ?
