vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Add extra field to blog comments for guests

It would be great if the blog comment system looked like the WP comment system that is shown to guests. But since I am sure that will be a pain in the butt, how would I go about adding an additional field (more specifically email address) for guests that would be required and only viewable by admins. Again this is just for the comments section of the blog.

Also, anyway to remove the username field that is pre-filled with "unregistered" and have it say Name or Log In (with the log in being linked to the log in page).
