This is how spammers like to exploit vBulletin sites:

• They register for sites without filling out the profile
• The admin gets an email and the profile looks okay
• The spammer then edits their profile to add link spam, knowing that the admin won't get another email about it

Is there a way to get vb to email me on every profile edit? If not, I think it should be added to the core as a critical feature. I can't keep up with the spam. I have 1485 registrations that I haven't been able to manually check yet for spam, and it keeps growing.

Also, is there a way to automatically block user profiles by text that appears in profile fields?

Also, enabling the Facebook Connect makes the required profile fields become not-required, allowing spammers to slip through without answering profile questions. (bug)
