my site, totally new, no users registered

will be something like "general knowlegde base or guide how to set up own enterprise, step by step, with support forum.
My colleague is lawyer, and he cannot wait to publish his articles

so, i was thinking maybe chat or support tickets mod would be ideal for my site.
